Designed to operate with custom upper modules\/tools, it is compatible with the automation of a multitude of tasks in industrial environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This model includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Magnetic sensor<\/strong> to follow well-defined magnetic paths;<\/li><li><strong>LIDAR scanners <\/strong>to prevent collisions with external obstacles and operators;<\/li><li><strong>Gearless motors <\/strong>ensure low maintenance and increased durability;<\/li><li><strong>Internal power charging unit<\/strong> to reduce charging stations cost;<\/li><li><strong>DC\/AC power supply<\/strong> for custom modules and tools;<\/li><li><strong>High capacity batteries<\/strong> to ensure long operation;<\/li><li><strong>Multiple upper fixtures<\/strong> to allow the installation of custom modules and tools;<\/li><li><strong>Performant internal processing unit<\/strong> for more demanding navigation and operation routines.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>With a carefully crafted internal steel structure, this AGV can handle payloads up to <strong>60kg <\/strong>while maintaining its navigation performance. The customizable upper module allows for customer specific transport solutions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns ur-normal is-layout-flex wp-container-9\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>UV-C disinfection<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong> module<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u00b5AGV model M has an optional upper module with UV-C germicidal lights for disinfection in industrial environments. With <strong>10 UV-C lamps<\/strong> and a combined UV-C radiation output of <strong>80W<\/strong>, most bacteria and viruses (including <strong>SARS-CoV-2<\/strong>, which causes <strong>COVID-19<\/strong>) are quickly eliminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure operation safety, this module is equipped with an array of infrared sensors and the platform\u2019s LIDAR scanners are used to detect undesired motion.
